I purchased a 60 day card from an EU site, but the link they supplied on where to redeem it is screwy. Has anyone successfully done this? I already contacted support, so hopefully they get back to me. It should work though so I dunno.

    What's up Pinkman

I did enter it twice, worked like a charm, there's two links on the card.

    But here's assist :

    https://secure.square-enix.com/account/app/svc/Login?cont=account&request=mogstation

    /Renew Subscription

and Code entry as it's displayed on the card - CD-KEY style

Where did you buy it?? The prepaid cards that I've seen are $20/month.

pretty sure the FFXIV game cards arent available in the US yet. however, you can purchase an ultimate game card from gamestop and use that to purchase crysta, then use the crysta to pay for your account.

US accounts do not have game-time option available. Only EU. Grim most likely has an EU account.

Unless bonus code works for Game Time cards, but, I doubt it.

Crystas also do not work as everything is under "automatic renewal" and will not be used until your free 30 day is up.

EB Game's prepaid cards are still more expensive then the actuall subscription fee. ALSO can anyone confirm if it works for bonus codes?

I did the same thing and finally got through to support. The agent I talked to said there was absolutely nothing they could do to help. I dunno if maybe he was just especially unhelpful, or if there really is no way for even support to apply an EU time card to an NA account.
