Hello, I originally had the physical copy of the base game plus the previous expansions for the PS4. In the PlayStation store, it stated in the description that for us to purchase the Shadowbringers expansion, we needed to also purchase the digital copy of the base game as well. So we went ahead and purchased both as digital and we decided to delete the FFXIV app on the PS4 for precaution before trying to download the digital copies in case that would interfere with anything. When we tried logging into my account, it asked us to register the Shadowbringers expansion and base game. When we went to register for the base game, it stated that it will not import any pre-existing information and since we could not back out of it, my husband selected yes. Am I screwed or is there a way to fix this? I already contacted support, just waiting on a reply.
