As a tank, is there a way to mark targets faster?

Was thinking maybe hot-keying mark symbols to f1-f5 or something like that if possible. Right-clicking and selecting a mark takes too long before a fight and is too much of a hassle while in battle.

You can drag and drop the marking symbols to a hotbar and remap your keyboard shortcuts to them.

You can set your marks to bindings. Just drag them from the Marks window on to your desired bar and set your desired binding

If you have a mouse which can macro then set the shortcuts to a button there.

I just put an extra hotbar down at the bottom and made it as small as possible then bound basic markers to my numpad so it's quick and easy to mark on the fly.

Can try to use a macro that goes

    /ta <attack5>
    /ta <attack4>
    /ta <attack3>
    /ta <attack2>
    /ta <attack1>

It should target mobs the party marked as attack1-5 in order. When attack 1 marked mob dies that targeting is no longer valid, so it will stop at target2, so on and so on.

    But personally I use use F11 :D

As a tank if you don't at least mark #1 on the kill list, you're nearly guaranteed to be chasing mobs all over dps'ers that don't focus your target.
