    It's the new glamour system with the Patch 2.2 update.http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/topics/detail/69e2c959d2e9285fd541e7f5f70fb8139b3464da.
    Depending on the gear and what you want to glamour, you need certain grade glamour prisms. It's a level 50 quest "A Self-improving man" in Mor Dona that you need to complete for it.

  It's confirmed, definitely not my internet connection. Went on Brayflox run, 3 of us were suffering from the lag. It was nasty.

    Yeah a lot of my guildmates have constant lag. I on the other hand not as much only when my actual internet is lagging.
    Hopefully this maintenance will reduce the lag though.

    I'm having both, internet and game problems. Though when I'm using WTFast it's not as bad. So if you're on PC/Laptop give that software a try.

    Haven't noticed any problems w/ lag... but uhm, all I've been doing is gathering for my ingredients... Killed some buffalo for milk and sirloin though and didn't have lag... (^_^)

    2 Lanterns, 2 Maidens and an Eyeball. If you take too long killing the boss after, another set will spawn. I'll run it this after noon to see if they've changed it further. I admittedly haven't been in a while.
